At Shanti Natural Care, we take pride in producing high-quality natural wellness and skincare products in small batches. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our natural skincare and wellness products, we can only accept returns under specific circumstances.

Products may be returned if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • You received the incorrect product

  • The product arrived defective

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or use

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped
